Formed in August 1989 at RAAF Base Fairbairn, Australian Capital Territory, the Air Power Studies Centre (as it was originally called) came into being
Its purpose is to contribute to the generation of integrated and focused air power, today and into the future, by developing the intellectual edge of our aviators.
ASPC produces a range of publications to share thoughts, research, and analysis. The collective impact is to serve to influence decision making across the Air Force, Defence, and potentially the Australian Federal Government.
