Poor Man's Armorer was a collection of magazines and books dedicated to the craft of improvised weaponry, created by Kurton and occasionally linked to Clyde Barrow. Launched around 1977, these publications focused on making, modifying, and utilizing various weapons, asserting that all content was legal to possess, sell, and distribute in the United States. Kurt Saxon (born Donald Eugene Sisco; March 6, 1932 – August 16, 2021) was an American author, radio host, and survivalist, known for his work The Poor Man's James Bond, a series focusing on improvised weapons munitions. He claimed to have originated the term "survivalist."
